Obstacle races and Mud runs have been a recent arrival on fitness event calendars. Usually ranging from 2.5km to 20km in length, these types of ‘races’ are all about fun, teamwork and just finishing. With different challenges or obstacles spaced out throughout the course, these events are always better to compete in with some friends and teams are always encouraged to enter.
