Pulse Fitness is an award winning provider of the Living Longer Living Stronger™ program (2008 – 2011) for people over the age 50. Based on the success of that program, Pulse Fitness has now developed our own fully supervised group sessions with individualised training programs, tailored to suit your ability. These programs are designed to build muscle and increase bone density as well as improve strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. Pulse Fitness’s Over 55s – Fit and Fab! program aims to enhance quality of life and assist in the prevention and management of chronic disease such as Arthritis, Type II Diabetes, Osteoporosis and Depression. The Fit and Fab! program is now available Monday to Friday for individuals over the age of 55 years, ensuring a commitment to your needs, fitness and capabilities in the comfort and security of Joondalup’s premier personal training studio.
