Working with you during each session, your Personal Trainer develops a structured program focusing on achieving your specific goals, ie: weight loss, getting in shape, toning up, etc. All training sessions are designed to be challenging, fun, motivating, encouraging and educational, making it easier and more enjoyable to achieve and maintain your fitness goals.
A Personal Training appointment with one of our Trainers will ensure that you not only attend training sessions but are given the motivation towards achieving your short and long term goals. Their job is to assess your fitness levels, set up a program for you, keep you motivated and will push you past your comfort level with strength training and cardio exercises.
Personal Training Options:
30 Minute Intense
This popular 30 minute Personal Training session incorporates cardiovascular and resistance training, one-to-one, with your own Personal Trainer. This session is ideal for those with busy lifestyles but still want to achieve their goals.
60 Minute Max
Our one hour Personal Training sessions of structured weights and cardio programs, are designed to achieve your goals in a short space of time. Our 60 Minute Max sessions are popular with those who require that extra ‘push’ to get results fast, whether for weight loss, toning, mass-building or rehabilitation.
Duals and Small Groups
Reduce the cost and increase your fun! Train with a partner, friends, family members or work colleagues in either the 30 Minute Intense or 60 Minute Max sessions. Training with a buddy or two is challenging and provides that extra motivation and dimension to your training. This can also increase the intensity of your workout due to healthy competition!
